Not afraid to join the closing with a mask, Finyond's partner Carsten Maybach supported founder Corinna Reibchen and co-founder/shareholder Oliver von Schweinitz in their sale of Passcon Group to their larger rival AML RightSource, a Gridiron Capital portfolio company. The handling of and providing for a truly global transaction, with due diligence in more than 9 countries, underligns the strength of Finyond's capacities (and Corinna's perseverance as well). The combined entity now is a leader in KYC and AML services to banks and other corporations.
