Carsten Maybach, Finyond's partner, secured the debt financing for the two entrepreneurs Oliver Kuklok (moXco, on the right) and Anhal Osman (Codefrog, on the left) to build a more significant entity. After the merger, the new company has more than 150 employees. The IT and digital transformation specialist is serving clients mainly in the Financial Services and Automotive sector.
