Finyond is a small-cap private equity investor with a focus on B2B, tech-enabled and tech-enabling companies. With more than two decades of combined investment and operational experience, we are the right partner for successions, growth strategies and digitization.

Our experience from investing in traditional service companies as well as pure tech players enables us to support individual scaling strategies. We don’t rely solely on improving the bottom line. There are always opportunities to grow a business with increased revenues or the acquisition of other companies.

Carsten's first encounter with Oliver was about how to get most out of the exit of CQC (sold to EY). A decade later they met again

This time, Oliver was about to do an add-on acqusition for his second company, moXco, where Carsten helped to secure leverage with the right bank for this transaction.
